* Communicated with transparency

WITH YOUR TEAM(S)
* Solicited input when making important decisions
* Enabled team members to be themselves at work
* Provided honest feedback, even if hard to hear
* Utilized individual strengths to maximize the broader group performance
* Set challenging but attainable goals
* Encouraged the team to celebrate successes

WITH OTHER TEAMS
* Facilitated a positive and collaborative environment, even through difficult times
* Established shared goals and expectations when working with other teams
* Articulated how the team’s work aligns with other teams’ goals
